Rudy Snippe M.A. is the founder and the pivot of Trigger Consult. He is specialised in innovation, enterprising and high performance of individuals and groups. He combined his experience as musician and international music manager with common management theories and organisation processes. He obtained his MA degree in International Music Management in the USA after his studying at The North- Netherlands Conservatory. He founded together with three partners an international operating consultant firm in Jerusalem in empowerment, human capital, knowledge development, innovation, customization and experience as an economic value.
Next to training, advice and coaching he gives lectures to universities in a growing number of countries. He developed curricula in the field of (international) management and he is Secretary General and Treasurer of the European Leisure and Recreation Association in Vienna.
Trigger consult has arisen from the need to focus on encouraging innovative and enterprising behaviour and high performance of individuals and organizations. Trigger Consult is located in The Netherlands and is operating in the international market. The clients maybe individuals, small teams or organizations where innovation and knowledge development are recognized as highly important.
